pledged myself yesterday at the legion of mary, birheng mapag-ampon chapter!

as a legionary, i should be a role model to my fellow catholics.

i should be a person with a humble but strong character, as we are the knights of mary.

we are to bring jesus to the world, man. 

anyway, we should live a "morally-upright" life, according to the standards of the legion.

that means less foul words (damn!), no pre-marital sex or any scandalous acts in public (oh dear), etc…

we are also to encourage people to the mother church.

well, friends might think that i'll be the rotten egg in this organization, should i tell them that i'm a part of it.

(well, i can't really blame them… sa dami ba naman ng green jokes na pinawalan ko?)

pero i am pretty serious when it comes to organizations. kea i don't mind shedding my sex-starved image during legion meetings.

on the other hand, i'm now in a trial relationship.

it's two days old. and i'm doing it with a former enemy.

imagine, i now call him "boyfriend", haha.

for the record, the offer to be "trial lovers" came from him.

maybe it was an act out of desperation for him.

and since i've accepted, it does mean that i am also desperate, haha.

sabagay, he's tall. and he's chubby, which is a plus for a hug-lover like me.

isa pa, i'm sick and tired of waiting for cupid to hit my love-interest.

ngayon pa na dinirecha na nya ako (see my I'm Free post).

bahala na talaga kung san makarating 'tong trial relationship na ito.

me and angel (my friend) were to be made as lectors in our barangay.

man, i don't think i can handle another organization, especially with the thesis and other activities coming.

but seeing that the veteran (read: middle-aged) lectors were pinning their hopes on us, being young preachers of the word, i guess it would be too hard to back out.

unless my sked permits, i think i could do it.
